If you own your home and wish to take out a new mortgage, change the mortgage, transfer a part share to someone else or raise capital through equity release, you can instruct us to deal with all of the legal processes on your behalf.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our fees will depend on the type of transaction that you are instructing us to handle. What you can be certain about is that when you ask us how much a transaction will cost, we will give you a detailed quotation so that you know where you stand from the outset.
