Matt is one of the latest members to join our Conveyancing Department. Matt joined Catherine Higgins Law in September 2021 as an Administrator. He has shown great promise and has been a welcome addition to our growing Conveyancing Department.
Matt is now assistant to Carla Neal, Head of Conveyancing and works closely with Carla in the progression of Conveyancing matters.
Matt assists with a range of Conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of residential properties and investment properties, transfers of equity and remortgages for client’s in Woolton, South Liverpool and further afield.
In his spare time Matt plays guitar for his band TRAITS. You may have seen Matt recently on local and national news channels on 5 October 2022 when his band were selected to perform at Paul McCartneys childhood home to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Love Me Do.
