About you

You will be a competent receptionist with either legal or property experience. Plus…

  • Creating a great first impression to people contacting the office by phone or in person
  • Taking responsibility for document handling and data input to the business operating systems
  • Taking responsibility for creating quotations for client work

You will have..

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy (ideally grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent)
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to use case management systems

The role

This is a front of house opportunity for a positive communicator, who is an active listener. The receptionist is the first point of contact to respond to telephone calls or visitors to the office where we provide a range of legal services. The role also involves processing documents, processing payments, filing and supervising incoming and outgoing post.

There is the opportunity to progress to take on further responsibility.

The Office

We are based in a friendly office in Woolton where there are local shops, cafe’s and supermarkets. There is free parking available in the village. We have a garden at the office and amazing parks around the village for lunchtime strolls. We have a monthly draw.
