It is a great privilege and blessing to be able to help families after the loss of a loved one. The legal and financial matters can seem like an unwelcome maze which becomes overwhelming, at a time when families need to remember their cherished mum or dad, son or daughter, brother or sister, husband or wife. 

The Covid-19 pandemic has taken a hold over everything and I have been contacted by many families and asked to help sort things out. I’m finding that people want to talk with me more than usual, I think this must be related to the isolation rules restricting contact and even those who can attend a funeral.

Although I cannot meet people in the usual way, I am still here to help via telephone, e mail and where appropriate through windows and doors.  

These are difficult times for people, as a society we are facing a completely different set of challenges. It is a great honour to be able to provide a service to help others and please rest assured that at Catherine Higgins Law we are doing everything possible to continue to provide our service – we remain, Here for You.
