Following the Queen’s announcement of the Mesothelioma Bill the Asbestos Victims Support Group Forum UK has launched a petition. The petition aims to change the Bill so that all sufferers of mesothelioma are eligible for compensation, and not just those diagnosed after 25th July 2012. It also calls for sufferers to receive 100% of what they would be entitled to rather than the 70% flat rate offered by the Bill. Please show your support by signing the petition at:
